Licorice Nice Cream
This is totally my kinda ice cream bowl. Self-made licorice sauce makes all the difference!
Vanelja’s Licorice Nice Cream
4 ripe bananas, frozen & cut to pieces
3-5 tbsp coconut milk (or almond milk)
2 tbsp dark tahini
1 tsp licorice extract powder (or 3 tsp licorice powder)
1/2 tsp activated charcoal
1 tsp vanilla extract
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until soft serve. Add a bit more liquid, if needed. Taste and add some of the ingredients, if needed. Enjoy right away or freeze for 30 mins.
