A as in Awesome Chocolate Pudding

Every now and then kids deserve a treat – and adults too. This smooth chocolate pudding with chia seeds is something that makes you lick the bowl.

  • 1 cup oat milk (or coconut milk or other desired milk drink)

  • 5 – 8 tbls chia seeds (depending how thick you want the pudding to be)

  • 4 fresh and pitted dates

  • 2 tbsp of smooth peanut butter or other nut / mantelivoita

  • 0.5 dl of raw cocoa powder

  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and add some spice if desired. Let the mixture thicken for 15 minutes or over night. Serve for example with almond crust, banana slices or coconut flakes. Enjoy! Store in a sealable jar in a fridge.
